One of the biggest things that needed to change in this house was the staircase to the attic bonus room. Originally the stairs were tucked away in the master bedroom's closet. They were steep and narrow. They had to be climbed like a ladder and getting anything into the attic was a nightmare. (See pics below)
Now the access to the attic is through the utility/laundry room. By stealing some space from the kitchen and using the original kitchen door to the utility room, the attic is more accessible and user friendly. The difference is unbelievable. (See pics below)
Now that the staircase is moved, there is room to reposition the bathroom in order to add a closet for the second bedroom. More to come.

Nalley Street - My 1st Fix and Flip
In the next couple of weeks, I'll start my first fix and flip project in Easley, SC. I'm excited to get started and hope it turns out well. A lot needs to be done but with the help of my contractor, I'm confident that it will get done in a timely manner.
It's 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with an upstairs bonus room.
Here's a few before pics. Others will be posted as projects are completed.
