109 Westfield Avenue - Ready to Sell: Part 1

My second Flip Project is now ready to sell.  I've got some clean-up to do but all the major projects are complete.  It's not as dramatic a change as my first project but I'm pleased with how things turned out.  With me working a full time job, I have to thank Mom and Dad for putting in a lot of time painting, coordinating, and cleaning up.

Check out some of the before and afters.

Front of House:

Before: Hedges and grass were overgrown.  House was dirty.  Paint was peeling.

After:  Amazing what a good hair cut will do.  Same with cutting grass and hedges.  Pressure washed the aluminum siding. Painted the trim, stairs, railings, and chimneys.  Replaced the windows with new tilt-out windows.

Entry way and Hall

Before:  Ugly Wallpaper, Ugly Vinyl Floor.  Mismatched Lighting.  Enough said.

After:  Removed Wallpaper and painted walls.  Removed vinyl flooring and found pine hardwood floors that were refinished throughout the entire house.  Matching lighting brightens up the entry way.

Living Room:

Before: Textured Pattern Wallpaper and  dirty fireplace.

After:  Painted the wallpaper giving the walls a nice texture.  Cleaned-up the fireplace and repainted.  Again refinished pine hardwood floors.  A new make over does wonders for the place.

More before and afters coming in Part 2
