Nalley Street - Befores & Afters

Here are a few Before and After Pictures.  First the Master Bedroom.  Before it was blue walls with no closet and a staircase to the attic.

Now the blue walls are gone and new carpet installed.  A closet has been added for storage and the staircase has been moved to another location.

The second bedroom had great potential but was plagued with dingy, moldy walls and no closet.

Now the walls have been painted, new carpet has been installed and by shifting the bathroom a new closet has been added for storage.

The attic space was in the worse shape.  The access was through a staircase in the master bedroom's closet.  Old 70's paneling covered the walls.  Ceiling heights were so low that even a short person like me felt cramped.

Now the ceilings height has been raised.  Staircase access was relocated.  Recess lighting used instead of drop lights.  New carpet and paint added to the floor and walls.  The change is incredible and it adds so much value to the house.

The stairs to the attic were hideous.  They had to be climbed like a ladder and the access was through the only closet in the house located in the master bedroom.  If you didn't watch out, you could hit your head on the ceiling coming up or down.

By relocating the stairs to the laundry room, we were able to give ample space to get just about anything into the upstairs.
